** Please read below policies well prior paying:


Newcomers who will register for the Fall 2023 semester:

• A full refund of deposit is applicable from 18th Jan 2023 – 31st July 2023. (Deduction of 10% processing fees “3,700 EGP for National Students or 200 USD for International Students”).
• 50% refund of deposit is applicable from 1st Aug 2023 - 31st Aug 2023. “18,500 EGP for National Students or 1000 USD for International Students”.
• From 1st September 2023 till beginning of new semester No Refund of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable for Fall 2023 admission session after September 1st, 2023, with the exception of the below conditions:
    - Refusal of the student visa (for international students).
    - Admission requirements are not met.
    - University cancels the program.
• No Refund for the Deposit for withdrawal cases. (37,000 EGP for national students or 2,000 USD for international students).

Current students who will register for the Summer 2023 semester:

• Students must maintain full-time registration status.
• Last Day to Drop/Add courses (No financial penalty) Sunday, June 11, 2023.
• Deadline for settlement of semester Tuition/Fees Sunday, June 18, 2023.
• Summer course Drop (With 50% refund) Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
• Summer course Drop (No refund of tuition fees) Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
