** Please read below policies well prior paying:
Newcomers who will register for the Fall 2024 semester:
• A full refund of deposit is applicable from 30th of May (deduction of 10% processing fees).• 50% refund of deposit is applicable from 30th of May - 30th of July.
• From 30th of July till beginning of new semester No Redund of the deposit.
• No refund for the deposite for withdrawal cases.
• Deposits are non-refundable after 30th of July, with the exception of the below conditions:
• Refusal of the student visa (for international students).
• Admission requirements are not met.
• University cancels the program.
• For the Winter semester that starts in January 2025; and due to the short time of selecting candidates, the Deposit is Non-refundable.
Current students who will register for the Winter 2024 semester:
• Students must maintain full-time registration status.• May 19 Tuition Deposit for Continuing Students
• The last day to drop/add classes with 100% refund is June 13th.
• June 27th Deadline for payment of fees.
• Students are entitled to 50% refund of discontinued courses only in case registration is more than three courses, “refund is applicable for the fourth and/or fifth and/or sixth course only”.
• In case students are withdrawing/ Drop Semester from the university and terminating their study at UofCanada, 50% refund of fees is applied for registered courses.
• Summer course Drop Deadline (With 50% refund) is July 14th.
• After July 14th NO REFUND or course cancellation. The student will be charged for all registered courses.
