Newcomers who will register for the Fall 2025 semester:
• A full refund of deposit is applicable before May 30 (deduction of 10% processing fees).
• 50% refund of deposit is applicable from May 30 till July 30.
• From July 31 till the beginning of the new semester, the deposit paid is Non-Refundable.
• No refund of the deposit for withdrawal cases.
• Deposits are non-refundable after July 30, except for the conditions below:
• Refusal of the student visa (for international students).
• Admission requirements are not met.
• University cancels the program.
For the Winter semester that starts in January 2025; and due to the short time of selecting candidates, the Deposit is Non-refundable.
